JBX PaperPak Partners With Wolfe Tones GAC to Support Sports Opportunities for Children

Mission - Green Background Logos

We at JBX PaperPak are beyond excited to announce that we are the new primary sponsor for the Wolfe Tones GAC Under-10 Boys Gaelic Football Team.

Originally founded in 1935 in Greencastle, North Belfast, the club was reborn in 2019 to provide traditional Gaelic sporting opportunities to the people of North Belfast. Now, however, they have attracted members from all over Ireland, with a diverse membership of men, women, adults and children.

Stephen McCourt, the Chairperson of Wolfe Tones GAC, commented on the partnership saying, “Wolfe Tones are incredibly grateful for this sponsorship which will help in kitting out and supporting some of our youngest members as they embark on their Gaelic Games adventures, and we’re delighted that an indigenous Irish company focussed on sustainability and the environment has chosen to help us in this way.”

We are delighted to be able to support grassroots Gaelic Games and look forward to a long and fruitful partnership with Wolfe Tones GAC.

We are proud of our Irish roots here at JBX and we want to be a big part of Ireland both economically and culturally going forward. Our entire business model is centred around the future. Every decision we make is made with the long-term implications in mind and that is precisely why we are so excited about this new partnership. We are concerned about what we are leaving behind for the generations to come; everything we do is done with the goal in mind of achieving a green and sustainable future for our grandchildren and their grandchildren.

We’re happy to support Wolfe Tones GAC in their mission to provide sporting opportunities for young people across Ireland, as children truly are the future.

Our paper straws are made by stacking 3 plies of high-quality food grade kraft paper and putting them through a core-winding machine that applies an adhesive and rolls the straws into shape. They are then cut to size, coated in lacquer to ensure quality and are then ready to be sold.
