Merry Christmas

2023: A Year of Growth and Success | Merry Christmas from JBX PaperPak!

Mission - Green Background Logos

As we close out another remarkable year, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to you all for a Merry Christmas season and a prosperous New Year. Your support and collaboration have been instrumental in making 2023 a year of exceptional growth and success for JBX PaperPak.

Among the highlights of our year was the heart-warming victory of Antrim Ladies GFA at the All-Ireland Under-16s Championship in July. As proud sponsors of this incredible team of young women, we were thrilled to witness their amazing achievement. Their hard work and dedication continue to inspire us, and we are privileged to be associated with them.

This year, we expanded our customer base significantly, welcoming many new clients from across Europe, from the Netherlands to Greece, in addition to our valued customers in Ireland and the UK that we have long-standing relationships with. This expansion has allowed us to increase our impact in promoting sustainable packaging solutions across the continent.

We are proud to announce that we won significant contracts with nationwide franchises, replacing millions of straws with our eco-friendly alternatives. These milestones underscore our commitment to reducing plastic waste and promoting sustainability on a larger scale.

In line with our mission to be a net-zero waste company, all our scrap paper continues to be recycled into usable material, keeping it in use within the economy and conserving our precious natural resources.

We’ve also made strides in enhancing our bespoke printing capabilities. We have begun collaborating with new customers to create personalised logo straws, a service we will officially launch in Q1 of 2024.

Looking forward to 2024, we are excited to be moving to a larger facility. This expansion will allow us to increase our capacity, add new items to our product range, and grow our JBX PaperPak team with more office administrators, engineers, technicians, and machinery operators.

As we reflect on the year gone by and look ahead to 2024, we are filled with gratitude and optimism. We can’t wait to see what the new year brings, and we are thrilled to have you join us on this journey towards a more sustainable future.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Here’s to a successful and sustainable 2024!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our paper straws are made by stacking 3 plies of high-quality food grade kraft paper and putting them through a core-winding machine that applies an adhesive and rolls the straws into shape. They are then cut to size, coated in lacquer to ensure quality and are then ready to be sold.
